Our service prices

BPAS Fertility is the UK’s only not-for-profit fertility service. This means that, unlike private providers, we only charge what it costs to provide a high-quality, evidence-based service. By empowering our patients to purchase any medication needed as part of their treatment directly from an online pharmacy, BPAS Fertility does not receive any financial benefit from medication purchases either.

We know that it can be difficult to navigate the costs of private fertility care. Some private clinics may advertise headline prices for fertility treatment that look attractive, but they may not include all the essential elements of treatment that will be needed, or that are likely to be needed. This can mean that private fertility treatment can be significantly more expensive than the advertised headline price.

At BPAS Fertility, our pricing is completely transparent, and we provide our services on a flat-fee basis. This means, for example, that if an IVF patient would have a better chance of conceiving with ICSI, they are able to change treatment without any financial implications. Unlike many private providers, we do not encourage our patients to undergo clinically unproven –and extremely costly – “add-ons” as part of their treatment. At BPAS Fertility, you can be sure that the price you are quoted at the start of your treatment with us will be the total cost of the care you receive.
